All of Norwegian Bliss' main service desks (reception, excursion, loyalty and Next Cruise) are located on Deck 6 in the atrium. There's even a desk specifically to deal with onboard credit questions or to apply Norwegian Cruise Line gift cards to your account. We decided to give the girls daily budget limits for the arcade and I’m happy to report that they both obeyed their limits. A popular spot on the ship is The Cavern Club (Deck 8), a recreation of the famous Liverpool-based club where The Beatles got their start. On nights when the The Beatles tribute band performs, the space is packed to the gills. Each show (i.e., early Beatles, later Beatles or never-performed-live Beatles) is performed twice on one night, and a third time on the night after.
I last visited here in late October on the very last cruise of the 2023 season. And I did essentially the exact same thing today as I did 5 months ago. One of my favorite bars onboard is the Sugarcane Mojito Bar. This bar has an indoor area and outdoor space on The Waterfront.
It felt very much like a banquet room in a conference hotel. The meat itself lacked flavor and was overly fatty. The chili and chips appetizer was the one dish that stood out. The Norwegian Bliss has a decent mix of complementary and upcharge options. Although reservations aren’t required, they’re recommended if you want to be sure of having your preferred dining experience. After a relatively unremarkable embarkation process, we stepped into the Bliss experience.
